These Terms and Conditions govern your use of pepzydeplus.com and your purchase of products from Pepzyde Plus, a brand of Blue Cow Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Pepzyde Plus", "we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to place an order. Our products are not intended for children.

3. Our products

Our products are dietary supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They are not a substitute for a varied diet or for medical advice.

Use only as directed on the pack. Do not exceed the recommended serving.
If you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have a medical condition, speak with a qualified healthcare professional before use.
Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Product images are for illustration. Please read the label on your pack for the exact ingredients, amounts and directions.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price or description contains an error, we cannot verify your details, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the full amount.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. MRP is the maximum retail price printed on the pack. We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you place your order applies to that order. Payment is processed securely by our payment partners; we do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Your account and conduct

If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and give us accurate information. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The Pepzyde Plus name, logo, product images, text and design on this website belong to Blue Cow Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the website.
