What is silymarin?
Silymarin is the group of flavonolignans found in milk thistle seeds. Our extract is standardised to 80% flavonoids.
What does 10:1 mean?
It is the extract ratio: ten parts of dried dandelion root are concentrated into one part of extract. 100 mg of extract comes from about 1,000 mg of root.
How do I take it?
One capsule a day with water, preferably after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
How long should I take it?
The label suggests daily use for at least 8–12 weeks. Results vary from person to person.
Is it vegetarian?
Yes. The capsule is HPMC, which is plant-based. The product is also non-GMO, gluten-free and soy-free, with no added preservatives.
